The weapon of legends. In medieval times, miniguns were revered as a symbol of manliness and brutality, as it took men of unbelievable strength to wield them effectively. Even today, they're still a symbol of raw sexuality. You can't look at these gorgeous six barrels of Gatling-style rotary autocannon goodness and tell me you aren't aroused. …unless you're a robot. …or an AI. …or intelligent. Actually, from an intellectual standpoint, there's a lot here left to be desired, but there's one thing you'll never want for: the good, old-fashioned, absolute decimation of your enemies.
  • Creds: Free
  • Ammo: Infinite
  • Requirements: Your maximum amount of infantry weapons is limited by your strength.
    +2 Energy
Takes up two infantry item slots
  • Rolls: Attacker's Conventional Weaponry and Strength vs Defender's Intuition and Maneuverability

Additional Details

  • Can be swept across a large area to take out multiple enemies at once
  • Not as heavy as the earliest miniguns, but still pretty heavy
  • Too heavy to make an effective blunt weapon
  • Will mostly ignore light armor unless grazed; generally does not pierce heavy armor
  • Takes out enemies in groups of two - for your first two targets, there are no stacking penalties, and for your next two, only double rolls
  • Slight disadvantage in that it takes some time to maneuver with - not the weapon you want to use if surrounded
  • Excellent accuracy at any sensible range - except point blank - and of course provided you're a good shot
  • Can focus fire on a single target for extra accuracy
  • Overheats if you use it too often - can take a few minutes to cool down to working condition again
