Synthflesh Arms

As you've probably guessed by now, humans aren't exactly the most efficient creatures around. You pee, you fart, you sleep for at least a third of your lifetime. This upgrade helps fix that. With exceedingly deft fingers, you'll be in prime shape to deal with even the tiniest medical or mechanical emergencies, in addition to naturally being able to hack faster. Good for medics, engineers, and hackers alike. Requires both arms to be replaced at once.
